Halloween week ( It was on a Monday this year!)

Happy Halloween week!

Another wonderful week of learning and exploration in our classroom. We have explored pumpkins both inside and out (literally). They did an excellent job with painting and cleaning out their pumpkins and I hope they were proudly out on the steps of the students who took them home.

All the students made estimations about how many seeds each pumpkin had and they were all blown away by what they discovered. We will be continuing adding and subtracting this week.

We are having our science quiz this week and will be moving onto pulleys and gears for this month!

With remembrance day coming up we will be proudly creating art to display in the gym.

In language we finished up our narrative writing pieces and are no on display for all the school to read! As well as their art they created from the point of view of a shoe to go with their writing.

So many fun and exciting opportunities for learning, I cannot wait!

Have a great week and we will chat soon!
