Homework

Home Work: Will be handed out on Mondays to be done by Friday. They are questions that will further aid in math recognition and a good way to spend time learning together. We approach this work with a Growth Mindset meaning that a challenge is not a bad thing but actually an excellent opportunity to grow as learners and educators (since we are all involved in each others learning.:) ) 

We are Starting a new HW program for reading and Mathematics. They are called "read to Succeed" and "Prodigy Challenge" Our students will be asked to complete 100minutes of reading every 7 days and 100 minutes on Prodigy as well. For every 100 minutes they will get tickets for a draw to win prizes (Books, Pens,Pencils etc) 

Prodigy

Prodigy is an excellent way for students to get some extra practise on their math skills. Everyone has logins and passwords. When you're looking to do some extra work -  login! The program will notify me every time you complete a task!

Raz Kids & Bookworm Reading

Just a friendly reminder that Raz Kids and Bookworm will be listed as homework every night Monday through Thursday. Remember that you can choose to do either Raz Kids or Bookworm (reading real books) for 20 minutes. If you choose to do Bookworm please fill out your Bookworm log and show it to me at the end of each week. Thanks! Mr. Boddy
