Full S.T.E.A.M ahead!

Hello fellow learners. It has been a very exciting last couple weeks. We have Halloween fast approaching and we have many exciting lessons planned for the upcoming days!

In Math we are finishing up patterning this week and moving back into number sense. Addition and Subtraction here we come!

Language we have written some excellent narratives on "A Day in the life of a shoe" and I cannot wait to post them outside our class couple with our art we did.

Science we are finishing up our structures unit! We made some excellent bridges and I am very excited to test them this week. Here are some pictures of our future engineers. We will be having a short quiz on Friday to finish the unit. I cannot wait to see what our class does with the next unit Pulleys and Gears!

 For Halloween this year we will be having a haunted costume parade 3rd block on Friday followed by some sweet activities. On Monday we will be having a black and orange day to celebrate the actual day on the 31st. In the next couple weeks we will instituting a more frequent STEAM activity based time and our makers space challenge area is ready to go in out class.
